Welcome to Ocean Learning. My name is Tom Barkow, developer of Ocean Learning. We have offered web-based training since 2004 and serve thousands of satisfied customers.
I have an Electrical Engineering degree from Purdue University, a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the University of Chicago, and a Nuclear Engineering degree from the US Navy Submarine Service. I also have Private and Glider Pilot licenses. I have owned a major truck body manufacturing company for 20 years.
